CCA Álamos & Aladim
Providing social protection to children and adolescents, in situations of vulnerability and risk, through the development of their potential as well as offer acquisitions for the achievement of autonomy, protagonism and citizenship, through the strengthening of family and community ties.
About the Project
The project aims at the care of children and adolescents in work situation, who are brought back to the family, after a protective measure of the reception, with or without BPC disability, from families who are beneficiaries of income transfer programs and in situations of vulnerability and risk. Currently we have 163 children enrolled, with about 1,200 attendances and 4,017 monthly meals.
Integration activities, living rules, play, educational and cultural activities are carried out daily for the project participants.
There are several workshops, such as: arts, sports, dance, capoeira and theater. Some of them were done by contractors hired by the project and others by volunteer professionals.
In the morning, between 08:00 a.m to 11:30 a.m., children and adolescents have two meals: breakfast and lunch. In the afternoon, from 13:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., two meals are offered: lunch and afternoon snack.

Implemented on July 27, 2015 and carried out in partnership with the Municipal Department of Social Assistance and Development and City Hall of São Paulo, CCA Álamos has already performed about 20,284 calls. The opening hours are Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.. CCA Álamos staff currently has 7 employees, 1 service manager, 1 technical assistant, 2 socio-educational counselors, 2 operational agents and 1 cook. 100% free service.
